Payment Policy:

Initial Deposit: 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

​

Second Deposit: due on June 1, the year of the hunt.

​

Balance: The balance of the contract is due October 1, the year of the hunt. 

​

Payment Methods: Personal Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Wire

If the hunter should cancel and finds a replacement, the deposit is transferable.

Final payment can be paid upon arrival for your hunt. The method of this payment must be cash, bank draft, certified cheque or money order. 

All rates are in U.S. funds.

Note: All crating and shipping of your harvested animal is at the client's expense.
